Well done to all the children who have received certificates today in Cedar Class. We have had a productive and successful week. Only 2 weeks left until the Christmas holidays. Let’s keep it going...

Year Six have listened to the poem 'T'was the Night Before Christmas'.

After that, Year Six were set the task of writing their own short story - imagining their own encounter with Father Christmas!

The children wrote the stories in their special blue writing books.

We watched Bishop Philip's first Advent assembly - he told us all about the Advent Crown/Wreath.

We all enjoyed recording what the candles symbolise.

We had so much fun yesterday making a start on our gorgeous Christmas cards.  We will post the finished results after Christmas so we don't ruin the surprise for our parents....
