Our school day:
Reception - 6 hours and 40 minutes (32 hours 40 minutes each week)
Infants - 6 hours and 35 minutes (32 hours 35 minutes each week)
Junior - 6 hours and 45 minutes (32 hours 45 minutes each week)
Children in all year groups are asked not to arrive at school before 8.45 a.m. The school accepts responsibility for children on the premises for 10 minutes before the school day begins and for 10 minutes after the school day ends. Parents should ensure that children are in school at 8.55 a.m.
The school bell will ring at 8:55am, indicating the start of the school day and registration will take place in the classrooms. School gates will be locked shortly after 9am. If your child arrives to school after this time, we request that an adult accompanies them to the main entrance to be signed in.
Our children depart from School in three groups. This supports the collection of all children from around our site as families may have children in multiple year groups. It also supports a staggered departure on and off site.
In cases of emergency in collecting a child at home time, parents are asked to telephone the school.
