All year 3 children are currently completing the Archbishops Young Leaders Award.  The award is to encourage and inspire children to be courageous advocates and ‘be the change’. The big question this week which was posed to the children was ‘if you could change one thing in the world what would it be?’ 
The children then undertook their first challenge which was to work as part of a team to complete a cup challenge. This tested their leadership, communicational and teamwork skills. The children then had to reflect on what went well and what they could improve upon. They also had lots of fun.
