Year 6 have made a wonderful start to life in Year 6. Hockey lessons have begun in Games, we have started learning about the features of autobiographies and nearly finished writing our own, we have been creating spreadsheets in computing and we have made a super start working on our knowledge of place value.
We have also been thinking about our roles and responsibilities in Year 6. Several children delivered speeches for our various House and School Council positions. These were carefully planned and delivered with confidence and enthusiasm. Many teachers across schools commented on the quality this year - well done!
