Reading

If your child is off school, we would like you to continue with daily reading at home using Bug Club.

http://www.activelearnprimary.co.uk/login?c=0

Each child has been given their password in their  "Things To Learn At Home" book. Alternatively, you can also read books from your own bookshelves at home. At present, planners are to be kept in school but we would love to hear about any reading that is taking place, you could email your class teacher.  Ask questions about the text, make predictions and compare events to real life experiences.  Encourage your child to observe punctuation when they read aloud.

Times tables

Children have access to Timestable Rockstars  to practise tables at home.

Each child has been given their password in the "Things To Learn At Home" book. These should be practised daily for around 10 to 15 minutes.

My Maths

We set a weekly homework on My Maths which is based on an aspect of work covered that week.  All children are expected to do this at home as part of their weekly homework routine.
